Service Overview
 
The Clinical Psychologist provides psychological assessment and treatment for service users who suffer from psychological, emotional or behavioural disturbances. Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy.

The Clinical Psychologist also provides professional consultation services for staff of other service units of the Society, such as Social Service Centres and the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness. He also plays an active role in research and staff training activities.

- Hong Kong residents who have committed an offence and their family members
- Service users from the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness

Monday to Thursday Friday Saturday, Sundays and public holidays
9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.,
2 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Application and Withdrawal
 
Service users could obtain the service through direct application to any SRACP service centre. All applicants will be accessed by our social workers, who then refer to our clinical psychologist for follow-up if treatment is needed.  

The service is provided on a voluntary basis. Service users could apply for service termination any time. On the other hand, our clinical psychologist could also terminate the service upon his professional judgment and mutual agreement made with the service users.
