Service Brief

Four Integrated Service Centre for Social Rehabilitation & Community Support (ISC) with seven Service Hubs in Hong Kong territory. ISC is the first contact point between Society and ex-offenders. Adopting the evidence-based practice, social workers of the Centre help service users to solve their problems by enhancing their self-confidence and problem solving abilities. Our ultimate goals are assisting service users in their re-integration into the community, enhancing their relationship with family and enabling them to lead a law-abiding and independent life.

 
Service Objectives
 
  1. To provide one-stop integrated rehabilitation and community support services for the ex-offenders and their family members.
  2. To help the service users to reintegrate into the society and become law-abiding and contributive citizens.
  3. To better prepare the inmates who are about to be released to adjust to the society.

Service Fee
 
All counseling services are free of charge. For the fees of other activities, please refer to the fees and rates notice posted at the Integrated Service Centres.

Integrated Service Centre for Social Rehabilitation and Community Support

Mon to Wed, Fri 9:00am – 1:00pm  2:00pm – 5:30pm
Thu 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Sat 9:00am – 12:00pm

*Closed at Sunday and Public Holiday

Service Application
 
  1. Inmates can request service through the staff of Rehabilitation Unit of the Correctional Services Department.
  2. Service users could obtain the service through direct application at the Integrated Service Centres.
  3. Referral by other organizations.
 
Service Withdrawal
 
  1. Service users may terminate service voluntarily at any juncture of the service process.
  2. Service can be terminated upon worker's professional judgment and mutual agreement made with the service users.
