Tenderers are requested to make submission to SideBySide no later than the closing time of 12:00 noon, 9th June 2023 (Hong Kong Time) at Tender Box, 603, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, 15 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Late submissions or incomplete proposals will not be considered.

Open tender procedure would be adopted for this Tender Invitation. Tenderers are entitled to attach to their submissions other relevant supporting documents. Late submissions, electronic submissions or incomplete proposals will not be considered.

If tropical cyclone signal No.8 or above is hoisted, or black rainstorm warning signal or extreme conditions after super typhoons announced by the Government is/are in force at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the Tender Closing Date, the closing time for this Tender Invitation will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the tropical cyclone signal No.8 is lowered or the black rainstorm warning signal or the extreme conditions after super typhoons announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force.

In case of blockage of the public access to the locations of the Tender Box at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the Tender Closing Date, SideBySide will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice.

Following removal of the blockage, SideBySide will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable.

1. Open tendering is adopted. All interested service providers are invited to tender. The qualifications/conditions for participation and other tender requirements are stipulated in the tender document.
2. SideBySide may at any time before the original Tender Closing Date and at its sole discretion extend or amend the Tender Closing Date.
3. SideBySide shall make any changes to this Tender Document which is considered necessary or desirable for the successful completion of the service agreement. Any queries or suggestions for amendments to this Tender Document shall be referred to SideBySide for clarification or instructions regarding further action.
4. There is no implied obligation for SideBySide to procure any of the proposals submitted, nor SideBySide is bound to accept the proposal of lowest cost or any one of the proposals received. SideBySide reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer and accept the tender which SideBySide at its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to SideBySide.
5. All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this Tender Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested parties.
