Programmes commemorating the 65th Anniversary of SRACP: Multidisciplinary Forum on Sexual Offences

The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong (SRACP) held Multidisciplinary Forum on Sexual Offences on 12 July 2022. It shared the background statistics of sexual offenders, as well as personal experience of a service user. In addition, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and other multi-professional roles analysed the possible causes of crime, the needs of rehabilitation and the importance of community support to encourage public’s support for the rehabilitation of sexual offenders. A total of 207 participants joined the forum.
